In its nearly 30-year history, Twin Cities Housing Development Corporation has been involved in the development of 37 projects, with 2,535 units of affordable housing. These projects include new construction, substantial rehabilitations, adaptive reuse of buildings and historic restorations. The individual projects range in size from 3 units to 1,303 units. The portfolio of developed projects includes apartments, town homes, duplexes and single family homes. While the bedroom sizes include efficiencies, one, two, three and four bedroom units we pride ourselves in having a large number of 3 and 4 bedroom units to meet the needs of larger families.
